Your account.Your decision. Request deletion of your StaccLab customer account, worker account, or both. We’ll review your request and may contact you to verify that the account belongs to you.
01 We verify your request. We may contact the email address you provide to confirm account ownership before processing deletion.
02 What gets deleted. Eligible account profile details, saved preferences, associated contact information, and personal data no longer needed to provide StaccLab services.
03 What may be retained. Records needed for tax, accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, safety, or legal obligations may be retained only as required or permitted by applicable law. Backup copies are removed through their normal retention cycles.
